Do you provide winter service at weekends and on public holidays?

Yes. Snow and ice do not observe working days. Our winter service team is on call 7 days a week — including Sundays and public holidays — and responds as soon as weather conditions require.

Can you notify the property manager about damage or defects?

Yes. During our inspection rounds, we record all defects (failed light fittings, water damage, vandalism, faulty doors, etc.) and forward these with photos and descriptions directly to the property manager.

Do you offer caretaking for larger sites with multiple buildings?
