Which disinfectants do you use?

We use only disinfectants from the VAH list (Association for Applied Hygiene) and, on request, RKI-listed products. All products are approved for use in medical facilities.

Are your staff trained for medical environments?

Yes. Staff deployed in healthcare facilities receive specific training in hygiene plans, disinfection procedures, protective equipment, and the handling of medical waste.

Do you produce cleaning documentation?

Yes. We produce complete cleaning records including date, time, area, product used, and the person carrying out the work. This documentation supports your internal QA and regulatory inspections.

How quickly can you respond to a hygiene incident?

For emergencies such as norovirus outbreaks or similar hygiene incidents, we offer priority callouts. Contact us directly — we coordinate as quickly as possible.
